Privacy

Short version: I'm one person making stickers. I collect as little as I can, I don't sell anything to anyone, and there are no tracking cookies on this site.

Who I am

Stuck With A Tubie, run by Siena in Canberra, ACT.You can reach me at scifleet.siena@gmail.com.

What I collect, and why

  • When you use a form on this site (custom request, contact, or a gallery photo): your name, email, and whatever you write or attach. I use it only to answer you and, for customs, to make the thing you asked for.
  • When you buy something: that happens on Etsy, not here. Etsy collects your payment and delivery details undertheir privacy policy (opens in a new tab). I only ever see the name and address needed to post your order.
  • Gallery photos: only published if you tick the consent box. I publish first names only, never your surname, email or location.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no advertising pixels and no third-party embeds. There's nothing to opt out of, which is why you haven't been shown a cookie banner.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to my email through a form provider, and stored in my inbox. I don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, which stores them on servers outside Australia before they reach me.

How long I keep it

Custom order correspondence: as long as I need it to make and post your order, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case there's a problem. Gallery photos: until you ask me to take them down. Everything else gets deleted when it's no longer useful.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it if it's wrong, and ask me to delete it. Message me and I'll do it — no forms, no process.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (opens in a new tab).

Children

A lot of my customers are parents ordering for their kids. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian send the message or the photo.
